Return Policy

Return Window
   — 14 days from the date of delivery.  
   — Initiate returns by emailing returns@huluworks.com with your order number.  
   — Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Condition Requirements
   — Garments must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached.
   — Free from perfumes, deodorant, or other odors
   — Returned in original packaging.  

Process 
   1. Email us at return@hulu-works.com within 14 days of delivery.  
   2. Ship back via tracked courier within 5 days of approval.  

Refunds
   — Processing time: 3-5 business days after receiving the item.  
   — Refund issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).  
   — Custom orders: Store credit only if defect is verified.  

Exchanges
   — We offer a one-time exchange for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.
   — Exchanged items are non-refundable.
   — No second exchange will be allowed on the same order.

Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at customer@hulu-works.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will investigate and provide a resolution promptly.
